Financial Statements 

Financial Statements can be viewed by making an appointment with the secretary of the Board, Debbie Watson at 740-985-4372.  These are on file at the Secretary's Office on the fairgrounds.

The Meigs County Agricultural Society meets monthly the first Monday of each month at the fairgrounds. All meetings are open to the public.

The Meigs County Agricultural Society has been around for a long time - 157 years! From the first Fair held in 1851, the Meigs County Agricultural Society has deep roots in Meigs county and has impacted many lives over the years. So, as you think about your relationship with the Meigs County Fair - be sure to remember the Meigs County Agricultural Society.

If you  are interested in making a tax deduction contribution to the Meigs County Fair - you can simply earmark those funds to benefit The Meigs County Agricultural Society. You can sponsor a building project, an event, a day or help with Junior or Senior Fair activities and enjoy the tax deductibility (as allowed by law).

Also you can particpate in the Amazon Smile Project.   AmazonSmile is a website operated by Amazon with the same products, prices, and shopping features as Amazon.com.
